Who are we?

Ting is a social impact & culture agency that helps make workplaces better, more inclusive, more connected, and more human. We partner with forward thinking organisations to shape internal culture and community impact with care and intention.

We work with organisations to build stronger cultures and deeper connections, both inside and out. Our approach blends design thinking, research, and lived experience to create meaningful change.

Through our strategy workshops, leadership training, and social impact programme design, we help teams reimagine how they show up for each other and for the communities around them.
